Shipping & Order Policy


PCA Skin® and EltaMD® products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer/wholesaler, and their standard flat-rate shipping fees will apply.


Skinbetter Science® products can be viewed on the Body & Co website, and orders can be placed using our “Order Here” button, which will automatically redirect you to the official Skinbetter website.


All other products ordered online are available for pick-up only at our Windsor location: 1574 Ouelette Avenue, Windsor Ontario N8X 1K7

Returns

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a resolution.
